Spiric is operated by WiiM Space.

This Privacy Policy explains how Spiric collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app.

  • Account information: such as user identifier, sign-in provider information, nickname, profile image, and email address when you sign in with Apple, Google, or another supported sign-in method.
  • Calendar information: calendar event titles, dates, times, notes, and related metadata may be accessed with your permission to display, group, and analyze your schedule inside the app.
  • User-generated content: posts, comments, profile information, reports, likes, blocks, and other content or interactions you submit in the community features.
  • Subscription information: subscription status, product identifiers, transaction status, and related purchase information required to provide premium features.
  • Usage and diagnostics data: app interactions, feature usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data may be collected to improve app stability and functionality.
  • Advertising data: if ads are displayed, advertising-related identifiers or ad interaction data may be processed by advertising partners.

  • Provide calendar visualization and time reflection features.
  • Group and analyze calendar or activity patterns.
  • Provide account, profile, community, leaderboard, and subscription features.
  • Detect abuse, moderate reported content, and protect users.

  1. Calendar Data

Spiric accesses calendar data only with your permission. Calendar data is used to display and analyze your schedule inside the app. We do not sell your calendar data.

You can revoke calendar permission at any time in iOS Settings.

  1. User-Generated Content

Spiric includes community posts and comments. Content you submit may be visible to other users depending on the feature.

Users can report posts or block other users. Reported content may be reviewed, restricted, or removed. Accounts that violate community rules may be limited or banned.

  1. Third-Party Services

Spiric may use third-party services, including:

  • Apple services, including Sign in with Apple, App Store, StoreKit, and in-app purchases.
  • Google services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Functions, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob where applicable.

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Spiric does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.

We may receive transaction-related information from Apple to verify subscription status and provide premium features.

  1. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or process information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, provide app features, analyze performance, display ads, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

  1. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the app, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.

User-generated content and account-related information may remain until deleted by the user or removed according to our policies.

You may request account deletion or data deletion through the app where available or by contacting us.

When an account deletion request is processed, account-related data will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
